Provider Agreement

This Agreement applies to any healthcare, wellness, or home-care professional who lists services on Sohtak ("Provider").
1. Independent status
The Provider acts as an independent professional. Sohtak does not employ the Provider and is not a party to the clinical relationship between the Provider and the client.
2. Eligibility & verification
- The Provider holds all licenses, diplomas, and authorizations required by Lebanese law to deliver the listed services.
- The Provider authorizes Sohtak to verify these credentials with relevant authorities (e.g. Ministry of Public Health, professional orders).
- The Provider keeps documents up-to-date and immediately notifies Sohtak of any change affecting their right to practice.
3. Accuracy of profile
The Provider warrants that all profile content (specialties, prices, photos, bio) is accurate and not misleading. Misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension.
4. Quality of care
- The Provider follows applicable medical, ethical, and professional standards.
- The Provider maintains professional liability insurance where required.
- The Provider respects patient confidentiality and Lebanese Law 81/2018.
5. Bookings & commission
Sohtak charges a service fee on confirmed bookings, displayed in the Pro dashboard. Payouts are governed by the dashboard's payout schedule.
6. Cancellations & no-shows
The Provider follows the platform's Cancellation & Refund Policy and notifies clients as early as possible if unable to honor a booking.
7. Suspension & termination
Sohtak may suspend or remove the Provider for breach of this Agreement, complaints, regulatory issues, or repeated low ratings.
8. Liability
The Provider is solely responsible for the services delivered and indemnifies Sohtak against claims arising from those services.
