Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Client cancellations
- More than 24 hours before the appointment: free cancellation, full refund of any amount paid online.
- Less than 24 hours before: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price may apply.
- No-show: the full session price may be charged.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once free of charge if requested at least 12 hours before the appointment, subject to provider availability.
3. Provider cancellations
If a provider cancels, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule with the same or another provider at no extra cost.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Whish Money / cash payments handled directly with the provider follow the provider's own terms.
5. Home services
For home visits, the provider's travel time and any consumables already prepared (e.g. blood-test kits) may be deducted from refunds for late cancellations.
6. Disputes
If you have a complaint about a session, contact our Support team within 7 days. We will mediate in good faith between you and the provider.
